About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as Assistant Manager - Community Development based at Culloden Leisure Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the development of community programmes and services that enhance the quality of life for local residents.
  • To promote and develop strong partnerships with local communities, stakeholders and agencies.
  • To lead and manage teams in the delivery of high-quality community programmes and services.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives.

  • An estimated salary of £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills.
