About the Role
The Centre Manager Associate will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our centres. As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Manager with back-of-house duties, running an exceptional operation front-of-house, and being hands-on across all areas of the busy centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Manager in delivering financial targets and service standards in the four key result areas: lanes, bar, diner, and amusements.
- Inspire the team to provide outstanding service for our customers, helping them to create great experiences and lasting memories in our centres.
- Ensure the centre is both a fun and safe environment.

Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
