Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Manager at one of our busy bowling and golf centres.

You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team, running an exceptional operation front-of-house, and supporting the General Manager back-of-house in delivering on centre goals and financial targets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a positive and engaging team culture
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high standards of quality
  • Monitor and control costs, maintaining accurate records and reporting
  • Maintain relationships with local suppliers and manage inventory effectively
  • Promote and sell our products and services to drive sales growth
  • Support the General Manager in implementing business strategies and initiatives
