We are excited to offer a senior management position within our Highland services at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland.

About the Role

This leadership role requires dynamic leadership of the Senior Support Worker team and staff teams, focusing on measurable quality outcomes. Regular cover of the on-call service is essential. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in managing Complex Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities, and Mental Health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing Complex Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities, and Mental Health services
  • A proven history of successfully leading a significant team of staff and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary context
  • Managing financial matters in relation to a Service of this size or similar
  • Being able to manage a budget and take corrective action when necessary
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in a relevant field
  • SVQ Level 3 qualification in Care or equivalent; SVQ Level 4 in Care/Management desirable
  • Professional development Award in Positive Behavioural Support or willingness to undertake this
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle

Salary and Benefits

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes an excellent pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement.
