We are seeking a Wellness Center Leader to join our team at Bannatyne's luxurious spa. This role involves overseeing daily spa operations, leading a team of skilled therapists, and developing strategies to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring seamless and relaxing experiences for all guests.
- Lead a team of skilled therapists and support staff, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive spa revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient inventory management, budgeting, and scheduling.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent.
- KPI-driven and results-focused individual with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client interactions.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to make informed decisions, solve problems, and take appropriate action.
- Strong people development skills and ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with willingness to adapt to changing situations.
