We are recruiting for a Cluster Services Leader to join our team at CBRE. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and managing a cluster of buildings, providing a clean, safe, and effective working environment for our customers, visitors, and colleagues.

This includes overall management responsibility for your cluster in line with all quality, health and safety, environmental, and company procedures related to general legislation and customer/tenant requirements. You will also be responsible for compiling and maintaining all required management information/records, including asset register, emergency plans, and all related records and management reports that form part of the CBRE logbook system.

We are looking for someone with previous facilities management experience, including line management responsibility and contractor management. You will need excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as a high degree of knowledge reference of Health and Safety legislation, environmental protection requirements, and ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.

A strong commercial acumen is essential, with experience of managing a P&L preferable. You will be able to demonstrate an empowering and inspiring leadership style, with analytical skills, competent in performance management-analysis and reporting techniques.

The salary for this role is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and exceptional people, we would love to hear from you.
