We are recruiting a Registered Midwife with extensive leadership experience to join our Maternity Team in North Highland.

This individual will possess a strong understanding of quality management principles, including quality control, quality planning, and quality improvement, as well as additional qualifications or transferable skills.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in complex risk management and governance processes, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our Perinatal services.

This role requires collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to implement safe care principles with operational teams, and we expect the successful candidate to be based in North Highland while supporting Maternity services Board-wide.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and welcome job share opportunities for this role.
