We are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager to join our Premier Inn Inverness Centre team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, promoting a positive work environment, and driving results through effective leadership and communication.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a duty manager or similar role, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve outstanding results. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, enthusiastic about developing your team's skills, and committed to maintaining our high standards of health and safety.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. The salary is up to £12.59 per hour, with opportunities for career growth within our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety throughout the hotel
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners
