We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to join our team and help us achieve our business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring that our customers receive a world-class experience and that our business continues to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the centre's staff and operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role, preferably in the leisure industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.


What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
