Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer and team experience, ensuring a fun and safe environment where Team Members can grow and develop rewarding careers.
  • Support Centre Manager in delivering financial targets and service standards.
  • Run an exceptional operation front of house, being hands-on across all areas of the centre.

Requirements:

  • Management experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
  • Possession of a passion for customer service.
  • Proven experience in delivering financial targets and driving business sales.
  • Demonstrated coaching and developing large teams.
