Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer and team experience, ensuring a fun and safe environment where Team Members can grow and develop rewarding careers.
- Support Centre Manager in delivering financial targets and service standards.
- Run an exceptional operation front of house, being hands-on across all areas of the centre.
Requirements:
- Management experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
- Possession of a passion for customer service.
- Proven experience in delivering financial targets and driving business sales.
- Demonstrated coaching and developing large teams.
