Hollywood Bowl Group seeks a highly skilled Deputy Centre Manager to lead our centres in the UK and Canada, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have management experience within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry and be passionate about customer service.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000-£60,000, depending on location and experience. As a Deputy Centre Manager, you can expect a 40-hour contract, plus additional pay for extra shifts worked. You'll also enjoy benefits such as 50% off food when working, an optional pension plan, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
About the Job
In this dynamic role, you will support the Centre Manager in achieving financial targets and service standards across four key areas: lanes, bar, diner, and amusements. Your responsibilities will range from coaching and developing large teams to ensuring the centre provides a fun and safe environment for customers. To succeed, you'll need experience of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales, and a willingness to work nights and weekends.
