Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Manager and team in delivering financial targets and service standards in our centres.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take accountability for the centre in the absence of the General Manager. You will be at the forefront of customer and team experience, inspiring the team to provide outstanding service and creating great experiences for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have management experience, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry, and a passion for customer service. They will also have evidence of delivering on financial targets, driving business and sales, and experience of coaching and developing large teams.

• Management experience, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
