About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Surveyor to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct visual surveys to identify potential safety hazards and quality issues
  • Manage projects and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with operational teams to improve building safety and quality
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance residential safety and quality
  • Manage floorplan and wayfinding signage projects, conduct surveys, address queries, support FRA actions, update SharePoint and program trackers, coordinate EWS1 reports, and manage building safety investigations for BS Tranches
  • Conduct site visits, arrange visits with engineers, manage EWS1 queries, assist with building safety Tranches, FRAEW, manage SharePoint sites for live projects, issue and manage purchase orders, upload key building information, and review lease documents to identify accountable and responsible persons under relevant safety legislation

Requirements

  • HNC or a Degree in Building Surveying or Construction
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Building Surveying or Construction
