Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Safety Specialist to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. As a key member of our Building Safety Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our residents and properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough surveys and inspections of our properties to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with our operational teams to improve the safety of our homes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage floorplan and wayfinding signage projects, conduct site visits, and coordinate EWS1 reports.
  • Support the Senior Project Manager in ensuring the safety of our homes and delivering projects efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including PMOs, managing agents, residents, and other external partners.

Requirements

  • HNC or a Degree in Building Surveying or Construction.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Building Surveying or Construction.
