We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Safety Specialist to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. As a key member of our Building Safety team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and quality of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough surveys and inspections of our properties to identify potential safety hazards and quality issues.
- Collaborate with our operational teams to implement effective solutions to address safety concerns and improve the overall quality of our properties.
- Manage floorplan and wayfinding signage projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including residents, managing agents, and other external partners.
- Manage and coordinate EWS1 reports and building safety investigations for BS Tranches.
- Provide financial oversight and management of projects to ensure efficient delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- HNC or a Degree in Building Surveying or Construction.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Building Surveying or Construction.
