Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Safety Specialist to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. As a key member of our Building Safety Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our homes and residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough surveys of our properties to identify potential safety hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with our operational teams to improve the safety of our homes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage floorplan and wayfinding signage projects to enhance the overall resident experience.
  • Conduct site inspections and investigations to identify and address safety concerns.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve building safety and reduce the risk of accidents.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in building surveying or a related field (e.g., HNC, HND, or degree).
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in building surveying or construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
