Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough surveys and inspections of our properties to identify potential safety hazards and quality issues.
- Collaborate with our operational teams to implement effective solutions to address safety concerns and improve the overall quality of our properties.
- Manage floorplan and wayfinding signage projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including residents, managing agents, and other external partners.
- Manage and coordinate EWS1 reports, building safety investigations, and other related tasks.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on building safety and quality matters to our teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications in building surveying, construction, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in building safety and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
