Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Safety Specialist to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. As a key member of our Building Safety team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our homes and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough surveys and inspections of our properties to identify potential safety hazards and defects.
  • Work closely with our operational teams to implement safety improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate EWS1 reports, building safety investigations, and other related projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including residents, managing agents, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on building safety matters, including FRAEW and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Hold a HNC or degree in Building Surveying or Construction, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
  • Have extensive knowledge and experience in building surveying or construction, with a strong understanding of building safety regulations and best practices.
