**Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking an experienced Office and Finance Coordinator to join our team at Supertemps Ltd in Conwy. This is a temporary ongoing assignment, with the potential for future progression.
**About the Role:**
- As an Office and Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for various accounts and financial functions, including accounts payable, statement reconciliation, and assisting with weekly/monthly payroll.
- You will also oversee vehicle fleet/plant services, coordinating maintenance, and updating certificates of conformity annually.
- In addition, you will deal with administration tasks, including obtaining quotes, monitoring paperwork, ordering PPE, maintaining documents, and setting up Health and Safety admin.
- You will perform general office duties, answering calls, managing filing systems, and deputising for the Office Manager when needed.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in accounts, finance, and administration.
- A passion for career growth and drive to develop.
- IT skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and accounting software.
- Customer service, communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt to change, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
