Job Opportunity: Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant. This role will be based in Conwy, working full time hours, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £14 per hour (IRO) plus benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain industry experience and develop new skills while supporting the Finance Department during a busy period of growth.

About the Role:
Main responsibilities include managing the purchase ledger by processing purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims using SAGE, reconciling petty cash and bank accounts, and supporting ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous finance administration experience, proficiency in computer systems, and strong attention to detail and accuracy. Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous finance administration experience
  • Proficiency in computer systems; experience with SAGE or similar is a plus.

Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Support ongoing projects and assist with implementing system improvements, such as SAGE Auto Entry and BACS payments.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
