We are seeking a highly experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to join our Estate Agency team in Slough.

This is an exciting opportunity for a target-driven individual who thrives on recognition and aspires to excel in everything they do. As part of our expanding Estate Agency, you will have a structured career path up to regional management, recognising and rewarding excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
  • Maximise revenues and grow the property register
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
  • Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews etc
  • Influence results through effective team management, action planning and delivery of plans

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in Estate Agency and customer services
  • Target driven and tenacious, with demonstrable evidence of achievements
  • Effective team management skills
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual
  • Demonstrates high standards of service and presentation
  • Good organisational skills
  • Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
  • Hold a full driving license, own car and be insured for Business Use

Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
