The Property is a four-star full-service hotel situated on the Berkshire/Middlesex border. As part of an international hotel company, it boasts 320 bedrooms plus and multiple meeting and event rooms with a capacity of 1000 covers plus.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-supported sales team as a Senior Sales Manager. You will be responsible for driving all profitable revenue across MICE, Corporate, and Third Party Segments.

About the Role:

  • Report to the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Deliver towards a targeted sales and marketing and account development plan for the hotel
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with other areas of the hotel
  • Sell to MICE, Corporate, Third Party Sectors

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A result-oriented senior sales manager with a passion for hospitality and interacting with people
  • A first-class networker and communicator with an eagle eye for identifying new opportunities
  • A commercially astute multitasker who is motivated by a challenge with a proven track record of creating and executing strategic plans
  • Proactive with a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively at all levels, driving results for the business

Please note that you must currently live in the UK and have the right to work. The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
