Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned retail sales professional to lead the development and execution of our commercial sales strategy in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to drive sales growth and product adoption.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new sales channels, including in-store and online sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities to expand Hytera's commercial sales presence in the UK.
  • Provide market insights and analysis to inform sales strategies and drive business decisions.
  • Represent Hytera at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
  • Travel frequently to meet with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in retail sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the UK market.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English language essential.
  • Commercial awareness and strong decision-making ability.
  • Strong sales focus with a proven track record of successful lead generation.
  • Established network of contacts within the retail industry.
  • Client engagement and relationship management expertise.
