At K.B.C. Associates Limited, we are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Director to join our team in Berkshire. As a key member of our sales effort, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all segments, developing and implementing strategic plans, and managing a portfolio of existing and prospect accounts.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus a 20% bonus. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including a Sales Incentive Plan, social events, wellbeing and team activities, training and development opportunities, and a career development program.

Job Description

As a Sales Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth across all segments;
  • Managing a portfolio of existing and prospect accounts, taking the lead on rate negotiations and account management activities;
  • Devise and implement marketing campaigns in support of Food and Beverage sales;
  • Drive and co-ordinate all sales activity to maximise revenue from existing accounts at hotel level, national and international level;
  • Participate in forecasting the hotel business mix, revenues and control mechanisms;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales, with experience in managing a portfolio of existing and prospect accounts. You will also need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
