About the Role:

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions. As a Mental Health Care Professional, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring patient conditions, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health hospital environment within the last 3 years
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up-to-date with current nursing practices
