Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Department Head Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Department Head Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in ensuring the smooth operation of our production department.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the management of all production-related activities, including orders, shipping, warehousing, and quality control
- SUPPORT SHIFT PLANNING/STRATEGIES FOR BOTH PEAK AND OFF-PEAK HOURS WITH THE GUARANTEE OF SUSTAINING SERVICE LEVELS WHILE KEEPING A CLOSE HANDLE ON STAFF AND OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RUNNING THE BUSINESS
- Clear and concise communication to all levels and areas of the business both internally and with external suppliers
- Maintain the highest standards of service and supply throughout the stages of order manufacturing and distribution
