Salary InformationThe salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThis is a team-focused, sales-target-driven division looking for a highly organized and customer-service-oriented individual to join their team as a Parts Advisor at their Head Office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and digitally, and be proficient in IT.
The successful candidate will source and supply vehicle parts for customers and workshop vehicles, meeting agreed sales volume targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for customers and workshop vehicles
- Meeting sales volume targets and delivering excellent customer service
- 1 year's experience within a main dealership parts department
- Competent IT skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience
- Full UK Driving Licence and passion for cars
