About the Role: As an HR Advisor at Hunter Savage, you will play a key role in supporting our business in County Antrim. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, allowing the successful candidate to enjoy a varied, generalist day-to-day experience.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and management team to manage recruitment, employee relations, and training activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing recruitment processes from sourcing to job offer and induction.
  • Supporting the HR Manager and management team with employee relations matters – disciplinary investigations, grievances, and welfare issues.
  • Developing and delivering training and development strategies throughout the company.

Person Specification: To succeed in this role, you should be CIPD qualified with a proven track record in a generalist HR position, preferably within manufacturing/construction/production-led environments. Your skills and experience should include managing recruitment, employee relations, and organising training and development activities. You must also have sound knowledge of currently applicable NI employment legislation and HR best practice.

Salary and Benefits: In return for your expertise, we offer an attractive salary (£42,000 - £52,000 per annum), full-time hours with flexi-time (Mon-Thurs 8.30-5.30 and Fri 8.30-3), health cash plan, attractive pension, and annual leave allowance.
