Establish a best-in-class HR function at a leading manufacturer in Antrim. Drive strategic interventions and manage day-to-day operations, including recruitment and employee relations.

About the Role

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure legal compliance and optimal hiring outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance throughout the employee lifecycle in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
  • Providing guidance and support to line managers on employment relations matters.
  • Reviewing and updating policies and procedures to reflect current legislation and best practices.
  • Coaching and mentoring managers to enhance their leadership potential.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new employees.
Requirements

We seek a CIPD qualified professional with experience in a commercial HR leadership role, possessing excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills. Proven ability to deliver strategic HR interventions, including performance management systems and employee learning programs is essential. Familiarity with employment legislation is also required.

The Package
