About the Role

As a Sales Advisor with CSC Recruitment Ltd, you will be the face of this luxury house builder, working from Thursday to Monday on-site in Ipswich to engage with potential buyers, build relationships, and guide them through their journey to owning a 5-star home. You will represent the brand and offer a seamless, high-quality customer experience for each potential buyer.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Represent the brand and deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients and drive sales of premium properties
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize earning potential and commission

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property sales, ideally within the new homes sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • A proactive attitude, with a drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Availability to work on-site Thursday through Monday

The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000 per annum, which includes a competitive base salary of £32,000 and realistic on-target earnings of up to £60,000.
