Pegasus Homes is a leading provider of luxury homes for independent later living, and we are now seeking a Luxury Sales and Hospitality Expert to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer experiences and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Luxury Sales and Hospitality Expert, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial inquiry to move-in day. This involves working closely with the on-site team to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for every visitor and resident.

  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers, assessing their needs and providing a warm welcome. This includes liaising with the on-site team to organise Independent Living Meetings and coordinating projects such as interior design and curtain supply.
  • Collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams, as well as partner Estate Agents, is essential to maximise high-quality leads and encourage visits.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience working with High Net Worth Individuals in a sales capacity or within a luxury service environment. Excellent management or customer relations skills are also essential, along with a strong understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry.

Knowledge of local communities, particularly Hampstead, is beneficial, as is fluency in English and eligibility to work in the UK.
