Sales & Events Manager

We are Change Hospitality, a premier Michelin-starred restaurant group in London. Our mission is to deliver exceptional dining experiences and bespoke service.

Your Role:

As a Sales & Events Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, attracting high-profile clients, and expanding private dining and event sales across our exclusive London restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies targeting London's luxury market to maximise revenue from private and corporate events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and retain a high-value client base, engaging through proactive outreach and delivering exceptional, personalised experiences.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with luxury brands, corporations, and VIP clients to enhance brand presence and drive new business.
  • Team Management: Manage and support the Events Coordinator in all aspects of planning and provide assistance with incoming enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales for luxury events, ideally in fine dining or hospitality; experience with Michelin-star venues preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for exceptional client service.
  • Experience in growing business through both proactive outreach and reactive sales.

Working Arrangements:

This role is based in Central London and operates Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, with occasional meet and greet with clients on events.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 + OTE of £60,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding talent and expertise.
