Smyth & Co is seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team in Florida. As an Events Specialist, you will be responsible for creating bespoke events that exceed client expectations.

Your primary focus will be on developing new event concepts, managing event logistics, and leading a team of professionals to deliver flawless events.

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management, preferably in a luxury setting. You must also be able to relocate to Florida and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £100,000-£150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus an attractive benefits package.
