Luxury Events Coordinator

A highly motivated Sales & Events Manager is sought by Change Hospitality to lead sales and events across two esteemed sites, including a Michelin-starred restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in luxury hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our prestigious team as a Sales & Events Manager, overseeing sales and events across two iconic sites. You will be responsible for generating new sales leads, managing private dining and exclusive hires, and coordinating with a team of events coordinators to deliver flawless execution.
Sales Responsibilities
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities for private dining, exclusive hires, and special events
- Reactively manage incoming inquiries and leads, converting them into successful bookings
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving the overall growth of the events business
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and event planners
Event Management Responsibilities
- Oversee all event sales, ensuring they align with the brand's high standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Manage the private dining rooms (PDRs) and exclusive hires, ensuring each event is tailored to the client's requirements
- Coordinate with the Events Coordinator to ensure all event logistics, planning, and operational details are executed seamlessly
Team Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the events coordinator who handles the planning and on-the-day operations
- Provide guidance and support in sales strategies and customer interactions to ensure the team meets targets
Client Relationship Management Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and ongoing referrals
- Act as the main point of contact for client's pre-event, ensuring all their needs are met in advance
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and events management within the luxury hospitality sector, ideally with Michelin-star or high-end restaurant experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through proactive sales strategies
- Strong network within the hospitality and events industry, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
Working Environment
