About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Events Manager to join our team at Nyetimber, a renowned English sparkling wine producer. As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact events that elevate the Nyetimber brand in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an annual events calendar that aligns with the Nyetimber brand's luxury positioning.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events, including sponsorship activations, consumer-facing events, PR activities, tastings, and product launches.
  • Manage relationships with external sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and secure optimal pricing.
  • Oversee all aspects of event delivery, including logistics, staffing, and on-site operations.
  • Define clear communication protocols and operating procedures for working with internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record in luxury brand events or large-scale corporate events.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events across varied formats and locations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to anticipate potential challenges and respond with quick, effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with the wine industry and WSET qualifications is desirable.
