Job Title: Head of Luxury Hospitality

We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing Director to lead our luxury hospitality business and drive growth through innovative strategies. With diverse revenue streams, we're looking for an individual with a proven track record to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to boost revenue and customer engagement
  • Lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and training to ensure their success
  • Guide the strategy for our online presence and customer relationships
  • Manage sales forecasting, set financial targets, and prepare reports
  • Nurture key client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve targets in luxury hospitality
  • Experience in creating sales and marketing campaigns from a similar background
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, budgeting abilities, and analytical skills
  • A creative thinker with confidence in presenting ideas and highly professional
  • Strong transferable skills

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £100,000 - £120,000 plus bonus, flexible remote work with regular travel to our Head Office twice a week. This role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury hospitality and FMCG, but not required if you have transferable skills. Estimated salary range based on location and industry standards.
