Job Description:
Cintas is seeking a driven professional to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. This role involves prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, and presenting programs to meet sales targets.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position with a base salary of $60,000 per year and commission potential. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue and meeting sales targets within your designated territory. You will also have access to a comprehensive 12-week sales training program and ongoing support from our experienced sales team.

Responsibilities:
* Generate revenue and meet sales targets through prospecting and cold calling
* Develop and qualify leads within your designated territory to drive additional sales opportunities
* Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and product presentations

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year outside sales experience or successful completion of Cintas sales training program
* Valid driver's license
* High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
