Child Behaviour Support Consultant

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to work as a Child Behaviour Support Consultant. In this role, you will provide 1:1 support to a child with autism, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide individualised support to the child, promoting their engagement and progress in lessons.
• Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to support the child's emotional and social development.
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SEN team to adapt resources and activities for optimal learning.
Requirements:
• Experience working with children with autism or similar learning difficulties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, parents, and carers.
