Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Child Development Advisor. In this role, you will work closely with young people, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalized support plans.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and goals of each young person.
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality care.
  • Monitoring progress, conducting regular observations, and making adjustments to support plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field, with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in occupational therapy, with a strong focus on supporting individuals with Autism & severe learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, families, and young people.
