Job Description

CES Group - Clinical Employment Services seeks a highly skilled Child and Family Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with children and young people aged 0-18 years, providing mental health assessments, care planning, and safety planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing care plans that meet the individual needs of each child and family
  • Providing community-based assessments and support for children and young people in need
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong background in child development and mental health is essential.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
