Job Title: Special Education Support Professional

About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to work 1:1 with a child with autism, providing personalized support tailored to their unique needs and strengths. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate, proactive, and committed to supporting children with additional needs.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide consistent, structured support to encourage the child's engagement and progress in the classroom.
• Implement strategies that foster positive behaviours and support the child's emotional and social development.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to adapt resources and activities for optimal learning.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in autism support or behavioural intervention is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff and the child's family.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on location and qualifications).
