Paediatric Care Team Leader

About the Role
The Paediatric Care Team Leader will provide clinical leadership to staff at Naomi House and Jacksplace over a shift period, ensuring the provision of a very high standard of care and support for all children, young people, and their families accessing our services. The role requires strong communication skills to liaise with the Clinical Team Leaders/Care Managers and other Site Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the provision of care and support for children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions
- Provide clinical leadership to staff on a daily basis, coordinating care across both hospices
- Liaise with Clinical Team Leaders/Care Managers and other Site Coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organisational policies and ensure adherence across all areas of work
