Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from £36,748 to £47,247 per annum, plus unsociable hours payments and a retention package of £5,000. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous annual leave.

The Paediatric Care Team Leader will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in child protection and palliative care, working closely with the Family Support Team and multidisciplinary agencies.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid up-to-date registration with NMC
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development, specifically in child protection and palliative care
  • Relevant experience of caring for children/young people with complex care needs and disability
