Child Development Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team at Bright Stars Nursery School in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottingham. As a key specialist, you will contribute to developing and implementing effective strategies for promoting child development and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children aged 0-5 years.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement evidence-based practices for promoting child development and well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.

**Requirements**

  • A Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children under the age of 5, preferably in an Early Years setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
