We are seeking a Specialist Inclusive Education Professional to join our team at Westbourne School, part of Outcomes First Group.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a SEN Teacher to provide high-quality education services for students in accordance with Company policies and procedures. As a Specialist Inclusive Education Professional, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and teaching individual students or small groups, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of the School Development Plan.
The successful candidate will have UK QTS or equivalent and experience working with vulnerable pupils and young people. You will be committed to promoting the physical, educational, and moral development of students and contributing to their progression at an appropriate and satisfactory rate.
Key Responsibilities- To plan, deliver, and teach individual students or small groups, in accordance with the School's Curriculum framework and related policies.
- To contribute to and help implement developments that relate to the School Development Plan.
- To promote, in line with Company policies, the physical, educational, and moral development of students.
- UK QTS or equivalent.
- Experience working with vulnerable pupils and young people.
