As a Commercial Dealer Manager at Johnson Health Tech North America, you will play a vital role in expanding our dealer network and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and managing relationships with commercial dealers, designing and implementing business strategies to increase product penetration and sales volumes, and conducting market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. You will also collaborate with dealers on marketing initiatives, monitor and analyze dealer performance, and provide support and strategies to improve underperforming areas. Additionally, you will lead negotiations on contracts and dealer agreements, provide regular reports to the General Manager, and facilitate ongoing training and development programs for dealers. A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is required, as well as proven experience in dealer management or sales management, preferably in the fitness industry. You should be proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and have a valid driver's license for regular domestic travel.
