Revenue Growth Strategist

We're seeking a Revenue Growth Strategist to maximise key revenue levers, including pricing, product mix, new product development, and promotional activity for our Beyond Beer and Spirits business.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of analytical expertise, commercial acumen, and exceptional communication skills. You should have:
- Proven experience in commercial roles across Sales (preferably On Trade), Marketing, Insight, or Finance.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong overall IT/technical knowledge.
- A track record of analysing market and brand financial trends to identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, brand-led environment, with knowledge of brand life cycles and strategies.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
