Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Burton upon Trent, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging industry trends and market insights to drive growth.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our company's expertise and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations and driving business growth.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, while prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding client expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
