Pricing and Revenue Growth Specialist

We're seeking a Pricing and Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team based in Burton/Hybrid.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Strategic Revenue Growth Managers to maximise key revenue levers, including pricing, product mix, new product development, and promotional activity for our Beyond Beer and Spirits business.
- Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies for Beyond Beer and Spirits (Factored and Own Brand).
- Lead on pricing, category ambitions, price positioning, price increase planning, and new product development (NPD) launch plans.
- Collaborate with brand teams and support Supplier JBP negotiations.
- Develop market insights and reporting to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for value growth.
- Conduct scenario planning and commercial evaluations to guide strategic decisions.
Salary: £58,000 - £78,000 per annum
