The role of the Senior Operations Improvement Specialist involves investigating and analysing different aspects of business activities, recommending changes to make those activities more efficient, and coordinating the implementation of those changes.

This position requires identifying areas for improvement by analysing existing processes, discussing requirements with management and operators, and comparing business processes with those used in other organisations.

The Senior Operations Improvement Specialist will recommend improvements to business processes to cut out unnecessary steps, remove duplicated or wasted effort, and reduce time and effort needed to complete those processes.

In conjunction with the ICT department and suppliers of IT systems, this role will specify and document the IT solutions needed to automate business processes.

The successful candidate will manage projects to implement changes to business processes and any associated automation of business processes, document and enumerate the outcome and resources used before and after the proposed changes and automation of business processes.

They will also supervise and coordinate the work of the team assigned to each project.

This is a Full-time role on a temporary basis.

The estimated salary for this position is £27.58 per hour, based on the location and industry standards.
